Your health check day
On your health check day a senior Enterprise Planning software consultant will visit you to see how your current set up meets your requirements. (Our team have accountancy skills too, so you won’t need to explain the financial jargon.)
We can’t say exactly what will be done, as every organisation is different, typically we may ask:
- Do you have any current concerns or issues?
- Could further automation improve efficiency?
- How is your EP model performing? Could it be better?
- What about the latest version? Could it be of benefit?
- Have your planning requirements changed since the model was developed?
- Are your libraries still clear, simple and concise?
- Is your model future proof?
- Are you confident your model is built to the latest best practise naming conventions?
After the review day, we will give you full feedback and advice. We will let you know of any issues, and where applicable tell you of possible improvements and the benefits these will bring you.
Our planning health checks are limited, so please let me know if you are interested so I can let you know available dates.
Once we have a date agreed our consultant will contact you to discuss any specific goals you may like to achieve from the exercise to ensure you maximise your return from the day.
