Installation Services
A services consultant from SpotOn Systems or an authorized SpotOn Systems Partner will provide the required installation and configuration services as well as one-on-one training or knowledge transfer
Training
The one-on-one knowledge transfer performed during the Installation and Configuration period will educate one BI Author or Administrator on the use of the SpotOn Vantage software.
Should your organization have additional personnel that require a fundamental understanding of the administration and use of the SpotOn Vantage software, we offer an optional SpotOn Vantage Fast Track training package. Upon training completion, participants will be fully equipped to implement Geographic Business Intelligence within your organization, including the configuration of:
- Publishing of IBM Cognos report queries to GIS developers
- Point and click "mash-up" of map layers for integration into BI reports
- Point and click definition of report-map interactions
- Multiple maps on a single Report
- Powerful anything-to-anything interaction
