    • When will I be paid?

      Once the company or client you referred has signed up and their first invoice is settled, we'll process your payment. This typically happens within 30 days of the invoice being paid.

    • Do I need to be an existing assimil8 customer to refer someone?

      No, you don't need to be an existing customer. Anyone who believes in the value of our services can refer a company or client to us.

    • How will I be paid my referral reward?

      We'll contact you directly to arrange the payment method that suits you best, whether it's a bank transfer, cheque, or another preferred method.

    Global Sales Lead Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions


    1. Introduction
    The purpose of the Global Sales Lead Referral Scheme is to drive growth, increase revenue, and leverage the experience and contacts of people connected with assimil8 who are not assimil8 directors or in the sales and marketing team to drive the sales and marketing effort.


    2. Eligibility
    All employees in R&D, support, or operations roles, as well as current customers, past customers, past employees, and the general public are eligible to participate in the scheme.


    3. Referral Criteria
    A qualified sales lead is a potential customer with a specific budget, need, or buying intent for whom the referral scheme discovery call template has been completed in full.


    4. Incentives
    Referrers of qualified sales leads will be paid 10% on every invoice raised in the first 12 months for the referred customer.

    
    5. Tracking
    Referrals must be registered by registering the deal on the sales lead registration section of the referral page. The Analytics Consultant will then enter details of the lead in the CRM and forward the email to the CEO to allow the cost to be built into pricing and added to payroll.


    6. Communication and Promotion
    The Global Sales Lead Referral Scheme will be communicated and promoted externally by the sales team through emails and conversations with key customer advocates and partners.


    7. Training and Support

    FAQs will also be provided on the company referral pages. External referrers will receive materials and on-going support by email from their sales contact.


    8. Recognition and Rewards

    Partners and clients who make successful referrals will be recognised by the sales team on email. Reward distribution, tracking, and communication with participants will be effected promptly and fairly to maintain motivation and engagement.


    9. Performance Evaluation and Iteration

    Performance metrics will be established to measure the success of the referral scheme. Key metrics could include the number of leads generated, conversion rates, revenue generated from referrals, and overall program participation. The program's effectiveness will be regularly reviewed and evaluated, and adjustments made as necessary.
